TONIA CAPUANA
RESIDENTIAL PROJECT COORDINATOR

With more than 20 years of experience in residential design, Tonia brings a deep understanding of interior architecture and a passion for helping projects come to life. After two decades in design, she transitioned into construction to expand her expertise and support projects through the pre-construction process. Her past work includes designing a remote mountain lodge accessible only by boat or helicopter, as well as homes for several celebrity clients.

Tonia is especially skilled at guiding clients through the many decisions and challenges of design and construction, making complex information approachable and the process feel manageable. Her favorite part of the job is seeing the finished project—and the client’s excitement when their vision becomes a reality.

Outside of work, Tonia plays outdoor soccer, skis, and spends most of her time keeping up with her adventurous son.
