PRODUCTION MANAGER

As Production Manager, Tyler partners with the General Manager to lead the Residential Division, ensuring strong financial performance across projects—from estimating and scheduling to efficient field execution. He oversees all field operations for the residential construction team, including scheduling, quality assurance, team training, and professional development. Superintendents, carpenters, laborers, and the cabinet shop team report to Tyler, forming a high-performing and collaborative field crew under his leadership.

A remodeler and finish carpenter by trade, with many years of experience in multiple markets,  Tyler's path has expanded over the years and finds a cohesive fit in the Production Manager role. Guided by a “Kaizen” mindset of continuous improvement, and a deep commitment to the trades, his favorite part of the role is mentoring the next generation of builders and fostering a culture of learning and excellence across the team.
