PATRICK LEUE
RESIDENTIAL GENERAL MANAGER
Patrick brings a lifelong connection to the construction industry to his role as Residential General Manager. His path has helped shape the company’s current growth, from managing residential and commercial projects as a Project Manager to serving as Director of People and Culture and now leading the residential division. As General Manager, Patrick oversees office and management operations, including direct supervision of all residential project managers. Working in close partnership with the Production Manager, he is responsible for the division’s financial performance, preconstruction planning, business development, and team development.
Patrick got his start early, working seasonally as a laborer and carpenter for a small general contractor from middle school through college. After a long and successful career in hospitality—where he eventually oversaw several restaurant buildouts— he recommitted to a career in the trades. Grounded in a deep respect for collaboration and for supporting the emotional and interpersonal aspects of team dynamics, he thrives on understanding what success looks like to each stakeholder and helping teams deliver both exceptional results and a high-quality process.
Outside of work, Patrick is an avid hobby farmer and enjoys rowing and paddling the rivers and the ocean in the PNW.
