With 14+ years of construction and management experience, Adrian can run both residential and commercial projects, from whole-house remodels to commercial tenant improvements. He is responsible for client interface, scheduling, on-site oversight of all carpenters and subcontractors, architect coordination, and working with city permitting and inspections. He has a perfectionist’s eye for detail and can foresee challenges ahead, circumventing them from the start.
